the communal areas feature beautiful decorations. friendly staff provided helpful advice about the local area. i found the complimentary teas, coffees, and cakes near reception a good touch throughout the day.
the shower head in my room could benefit from an update, as it sprayed water in multiple directions.

charming gem with really good service
ready availability historical atmosphere comfortable bed
I was charmed by the readiness of e-steps right outside the hotel. This was very convenient for exploring the city. the historical atmosphere was appealing and the cleanliness was great, this created a very pleasant environment. the beds were comfortable. I had some restful nights.
the breakfast did not start until 7.30 though it was fine for my schedule.

The hotel offers very good access to landmarks, either on foot or via nearby public transport. This makes sightseeing convenient. its quiet neighbourhood is off the main street, allowing a beauty sleep, it was lovely.

The staff gave a helpful area overview upon check in. They answered questions readily. The room was spacious. Breakfast had a nice range of options. I found the location in the palace district convenient. Public transport was nearby.

the staff was very helpful. breakfast was delicious and plentiful. the hotel was very clean, near bus stops. i could leave my luggage at the reception.
the wi-fi signal was a little weak in my room.

helpful staff restaurant recommendations convenient location excellent coordination
I found the staff helpful. Zsolt provided excellent restaurant recommendations and assisted with reservations! Mona was helpful when I accidentally took the keys. She coordinated a plan for me to leave them at the station, which I appreciate. The location was central and near all transport options, but still quiet at night.
The breakfast was fine! though it didn't start until 7.30.

The room was tastefully decorated with great interior design. It included a kettle, glasses, cups, and a wine and beer opener. I had everything needed in the room.

Coffee machines were accessible all day in the breakfast area. I enjoyed the sitting area in the atrium after exploring the city. The hotel was like stepping back in time, between vintage decor and antique furnishings.
